If you eat enough foods such as dried beans, peas, galbanzos, migraine, peanuts, walnuts, milk, and dairy products, you can also get enough protein needed during pregnancy.
However, mainly vegetarian pregnant women do not consume enough protein from foods such as milk, dairy products, and eggs, and if they do not eat balanced foods, the pregnant woman and the fetus cannot properly ingest the various nutrients they need. When pregnant women who are mainly vegetarians cannot eat enough foods such as eggs, milk, and dairy products, they should ask a dietitian or doctor about what foods they need during pregnancy and take the nutrients they need.
