Anal fissure during pregnancy 임신 중 항문 치열(항문 열/항문 파열/ 항문 열창)
Anal dentition is usually caused by constipation during pregnancy.
Rarely, it can also be caused by Crohn’s disease, tuberculosis, and trauma.
A small part of the anal mucosa is called anal dentition.
Once such an anal dentition occurs, if you see a hard stool due to constipation again, or if you do not apply a lot of power to the anus or do not properly manage anal hygiene when you see the stool, you can stay without a dentition and bleed there.
Pain can occur in the anus during or after bowel movements, and it is common for bright red blood to come out of the stool. You may have constipation.
Anal dentition, external hemorrhoids, and wet warts around the anus should be differentially diagnosed. It can be treated with drugs for constipation treatment or topical pain medications, which are rich in fiber and intake well-balanced foods and fluids, exercise adequately, perform bowel movements regularly, press stool well if necessary, and treat stool properly.
