Deep vein thrombosis during pregnancy임신 중 심층 정맥 혈증
During pregnancy, blood clots can form in the venous vessels located deep in the intestine, thigh, or groin. This is called a deep vein thrombus.
When a blood clot in a vein is clogged with a blood clot, pain may occur in the intestine or thigh or groin area where the blood clot is formed, and when pressed, it may hurt, the area may be swollen, and the touch may have a warm touch.
Thrombosis may occur in the heart by falling away from the site of a blood clot in the venous blood vessel and following the venous blood flow in the venous blood vessel, and thrombosis in the heart may occur, and the blood clot may enter the blood vessel in the lungs along with the blood flow, resulting in pulmonary thrombosis. Severe pulmonary thrombosis can lead to death.
If a deep vein thrombus is suspected by taking the medical history and symptoms examination together, the Doppler Ultrasound test can be used to diagnose.
Treat with medicines that dissolve blood clots. Differential diagnoses should be made such as thrombophlebitis or cellulitis near the skin surface.
Thrombophlebitis, which is close to the surface of the skin layer, is relatively common phlebitis. It is well treated with therapeutic stockings or cream, and the blood clots generated at this time do not flow into the lungs. Copyright ⓒ 2014 John Sangwon Lee, MD., FAAP
