The urethra, bladder, ureter, and kidneys are all called the urinary tract.
For a number of reasons, pregnant women are susceptible to urinary tract infections during pregnancy.
If only the kidney is infected, it is called nephritis, and if only the bladder is infected, it is called cystitis. A bacterial infection in the urethra, bladder, ureter, kidney, or the entire urinary tract is called a urinary tract infection.
If a pregnant woman has a urinary tract infection, there may be no symptoms. Sometimes mild symptoms can develop.
At other times, symptoms such as fever, low back pain, abdominal pain, vomiting, and KEPCO may be accompanied and severely ill. In addition, only bacteria in the urine may appear abnormally without any symptoms.
The uterus is enlarged due to pregnancy, and a part of the urinary tract may be slightly pushed from a normal position to an abnormal position, or a part of the urinary tract may be pressed.
In this case, the urine secreted from the kidneys → ureter → bladder → urethra -> external urethra passes through and cannot come out normally.
At this time, urinary tract infections such as nephritis and cystitis may occur more easily. If you have acute cystitis or acute nephritis, your belly can hurt. The side with nephritis hurts in the side. You may have chills, chills, mild to high fever, and you may urinate frequently. When urinating, the vulva may feel stiff and hot.
Blood can also be mixed in the urine. If you have any of these symptoms, you should seek medical attention and treatment soon. If not properly treated, premature babies can be delivered and delivered early.
Treat with appropriate antibiotics. Drinking enough fluids and taking proper hygiene measures to prevent urinary tract infections.
