임신 중 성교, Sexual relationships during pregnancy

임신 중에도 부부관계는 보통 때와 같이 할 수 있다. 그렇지만 임신 중 어떤 임신부는 상당히 조심해서 성관계를 해야 한다. 또 임신 중 일정한 기간 동안은 성관계를 해서는 안 된다. 그러므로 의사의 조언에 따라 성관계를 하는 것이 현명하다.

임신 중 여러 가지 이유로 정상적으로 성욕이 일시적으로 증감될 수 있다. 분만 예정일에 가까워지면서 임신부의 배가 많이 부르고 여러 가지 이유로 평소와 같이 성관계를 할 수 없다.

이런 때는 체위를 적절히 바꿔 성관계를 하면 된다. 대부분의 임신부들은 임신초기나 산월에도 성관계를 할 수 있지만 성관계를 절대로 해서는 안 되는 경우도 있다. 임신초기나 산월에 성관계를 해도 괜찮은지 의사에게 문의해야 한다.

과거에 유산이나 조산을 했던 여성이 임신을 할 때는 유산이나 조산을 할 가능성이 더 있다. 임신 중 성관계로 인해 유산이나 조산이 될 수 있다.

유산을 했던 과거 경험이 있는 임신부는 임신초기에 성관계를 하지말고, 또 미숙아를 낳았던 경험이 있는 임신부는 산월에는 성관계를 일절 갖지 않는 것이 좋다고 주장하는 의사도 있다. 임신 중 성관계에 관해서 의문이 나면 의사에게 문의해야 한다.

성관계를 하는 중이나 후에 배가 아프든지, 질에서 피가 나든지, 질염이 있든지, 외음부가 가렵고 아프든지, 또는 분만예정일이 가까워지지도 않았는데 양수가 흘러나오면 곧 의사의 진단 치료를 받아야 한다.

• Most pregnant women can have sex even in the early stages of pregnancy or during birth, but there are cases where sex should never be done.
• You should ask your doctor if it is okay to have sex in the early stages of pregnancy or during birth.
• Women who have had a miscarriage or premature birth in the past are more likely to have a miscarriage or premature birth when they become pregnant.
• Sex during pregnancy can lead to miscarriage or premature birth.
• Some doctors argue that pregnant women who have had a miscarriage should not have sex in the early stages of pregnancy, and that pregnant women who have had premature babies should not have sex at all during birth. If you have any questions about sexual intercourse during pregnancy, you should consult your doctor.
