Cytomegalovirus infection during pregnancy 임신 중 사이토메갈로(거대세포) 바이러스 감염병
Cytomegalovirus is also called cytomegalovirus.
Cytomegalovirus is a species of Hulpus virus.
It is one of the most common causes of congenital viral infectious diseases in the United States. 25 to 60% of school-age children carry the virus.
It is spread to others through their saliva, urine, or feces. Cytomegalovirus (cytomegalovirus), hepatitis B virus, rubella virus, coxsackievirus, and toxoplasma pathogens can be transmitted to newborns.
And when newborns are infected with such pathogens, neonatal jaundice can develop. If a pregnant woman is infected with the cytomegalovirus, the fetus can also be infected with the virus.
After the birth of a heavily infected fetus, the baby may be deaf and blind, and the baby may become impaired.
It can be diagnosed by examining symptoms and examining the blood of pregnant women. When a fetus is infected with this virus, it can be diagnosed with amniotic fluid. When pregnant women are infected with cytomegalovirus, symptoms such as sore throat, fatigue, fever, and body aches can occur.
There is no specific drug to treat cytomegalovirus infection in pregnant women, but babies infected with cytomegalovirus are sometimes treated with Ganciclovir.
Wash your hands thoroughly and avoid contact with other people’s urine or saliva to prevent this disease. Copyright ⓒ 2014 John Sangwon Lee, MD., FAAP
