- Before you start giving birth, you must decide whether to breastfeed or feed the baby with artificial nutrition.
- It’s a good idea to make decisions as soon as possible after pregnancy, as you need to prepare everything early to successfully breastfeed your baby. And at least from 7 to 8 months of pregnancy, the nipples and breasts should be firmly massaged so that they can breastfeed the baby well.
- Before starting the massage, ask your doctor if it is okay to do it, and if it is okay, start the massage. ① Carefully, gently massage the nipples with your hands.
