50-75% of pregnant women suffer from pain in the back or back at least once during pregnancy. 30% of them experience more severe pain.

Particularly in maternal months, when carrying a large, full-term fetus in the womb, the pregnant woman’s back and back may become tenser, the belly is more bulging in the future, and it is more difficult to maintain the balance of the body as it was before pregnancy, and the balance may be easily lost.
You can fall more easily.
If you can support your entire weight evenly, wear low-heeled shoes, and wear comfortable shoes, your back hurts less and your body is more balanced and safer. During pregnancy, if you wear a girdle for pregnant women that can support your hip, belly, and back muscles, your back and back hurt less.
However, a girdle for pregnant women that is too tight is rather harmful. When sitting, support your back with a pillow, if necessary, so that your back is straight. Proper body posture during pregnancy can cause less pain in your back and back.
In particular, when lifting and lowering heavy objects, do not bend your back, spread your feet shoulder-width apart, bend your knees, and use your upper leg to lift. Do not carry objects with one hand, but carry objects of equal weight with both hands as much as possible.
When sleeping, use a tight mattress as much as possible, and lay one or two pillows between your legs and under your stomach to lie on your side to reduce back pain. If necessary, apply a hot compress and massage.
If you do a good pregnancy gymnastics as shown in Figure 4 during pregnancy, you can treat or prevent back and back pain and less pain in your back and back. Before doing any of these exercises, be sure to ask your doctor and follow his recommendations.
