임신 제3 삼개월 기간- 임신 제28주 중에 생기는 신체, 감정, 생리적 변화, Physical, emotional and physiologic changes during the twenty-eighth week of pregnancy in the third trimester of pregnancy
임신 28주부터 임신 40주까지의 임신기간을 편의상 산과에서는 임신 제 3 삼개월기라고 한다. 임신 제 2 삼개월기간 동안 태아는 무럭무럭 성장 발육해서 임신 제 3 삼개월기의 마지막 주 즉 임신 40주에 출생한 출생시 만삭 신생아의 체중은 3~3.6kg이 되는 것이 보통이다. 임신 제 3 삼개월 기간동안 임신부의 체중은 임신으로 4.5~5.5kg까지 늘 수 있다 (미국의 통계에 의하면).
임신 28주는 임신 제 3 삼개월기의 첫 주이다. 이 주부터 임신 40주까지 대부분의 임신부는 앞으로 출생할 아기를 생각하고 기쁘고 때로는 흥분되고 희망에 차 있다. 그러나 일부의 임신부들은 임신, 출산, 산후회복에 관해서 두려움을 갖기도 한다.
큰 자궁에 소화기가 눌려서 소화불량이 생길 수 있고 배가 쓰릴 수도 있다. 음식물을 너무 맵고 자극성이 있는 음식물을 피하고 한 번에 많이 먹는 대신 조금씩 나누어서 먹고 적절한 육체적 운동을 하면 소화가 더 잘 될 수 있다.
배가 임신으로 더 커지고 자궁이 더 커져서 허리도 아플 수 있고 골반에 압력이 가해지는 느낌도 갖고 다리에 경련도 생길 수 있고 숨도 가빠질 수 있다. 이런 여러 가지 육체적 변화는 임신중 자연적으로 생긴다. 적절한 체위를 취하고 육체적 운동을 해서 출산할 때까지 문제를 잘 해결해야 한다.
경산부나 초산부는 다 같이 태아가 뱃속에서 노는 것을 자주 느낄 수도 있다.
임신 28주부터 임신 36주가 될 때까지 분만 전 임신검진을 매2주마다 받는 것을 권장한다. 이런 검진을 받을 때 필요에 따라 태아 울트라사운드 검사를 해서 태아가 정상으로 자라는지 태아의 신장, 심장, 척수, 콩팥, 다리 등에 어떤 이상이 있는지 알아볼 수도 있다.
뱃속에서 자라고 있는 큰 아기를 항상 가지고 다녀야 하고 일상생활을 해야 하기 때문에 땀이 많이 날 수 있고 힘이 들 수 있다.
임신교육을 받기 시작하지 않았으면 곧 임신교육 클라스에 참석해서 임신 분만 산후회복에 관한 교육을 부부가 받고 장차 임신 분만 산후회복, 모유수유, 신생아 양육에 관한 지식을 의사, 간호사, 모유수유 전문가, 또는 조산사 등으로부터 더 얻을 수 있다.
임신 23주부터 유방은 초유를 분비하기 시작하고 몽고메리 결절에서 보지 할 수 있는 물질이 분비된다. 이 보지물질은 젖꼭지와 유두륜을 부드럽게 해서 모유수유를 쉽게 하도록하는 역할을 한다.
의사의 지시에 따라 케글러 골반저 운동을 계속 한다.
임신 23~27주부터 임신으로 생긴 호르몬의 분비량과 그 호르몬의 영향이 어느 정도로 일정하게 되어 감정에 굴곡이 덜 생기고 덜 긴장되고 행복 감을 갖는 것이 보통이고 큰 자궁으로 골반저근육에 신장이 생겨 웃을 때나 기침할 때에 시금 쌀 수 있다.
임신으로 또한 살이 쪄 체중이 증가하고 그동안에 입었던 옷이 맞지 않을 수 있다. 그리고 태아와 임신부 자신이 필요로 하는 에너지를 공급하기 위해서 임신부의 모든 계통이 더 활발하게 기능해야 한다.
임신 28주가 되면 자궁이 많이 커져서 골반내를 차지하고 복부의 대부분도 차지하면서 자궁의 상부가 흉곽의 하부에까지 올라와서 그 자궁으로 늑골의 하부가 위로 밀리기까지 한다. 이 때문에 숨쉬기에도 불편하고 숨이 가쁠수도 있다.
임신 28~32주 사이에 분만 전 임신검사를 받을 때는 혈당 검사도 하고 시비시 검사를 해서 빈혈이 있나 알아보는 것이 보통이다.
임신 28~31주 사이에는 임신으로 배가 많이 불러 배꼽이 툭 나오기도 하고 피곤하고 다리가 묵직하고 숨이 가쁘고 숨쉬기가 어려울 수도 있다.

  • It is recommended to have a pregnancy checkup every 2 weeks before delivery from the 28th week of pregnancy to the 36th week of pregnancy.
