수정된 후 약 9일 경에 자궁에서 정상적으로 피가 약간 날 수 있다. 이런 자궁출혈은 모든 임신부들에게 생기지 않고 일부의 임신부들에게만 생길 수 있다. 그 출혈은 수정란이 자궁에 착상될 때 생긴다.
