임신진단 키트에는 여러 종류가 있다

임신진단 키트들 중 하나

풍진 바이러스 감염이나 다른 종류의 병원체에 태아가 감염되면 태아의 건강과 생명이 상당히 위태로울 수 있다. 특히 임신 첫 3(삼)개월 동안-임신 1기에 태아가 병원체에 감염되면 상당히 위험할 수 있다. 가능한 한 조기에 임신을 진단해 임신부와 태아가 병원체 감염으로 감염병에 걸리지 않게 예방해야한다 임신부 자신이나 남편에게 아기가 태어난다는 것은 그들에게 가장 큰 변화일 수 있다. 이런 변화에 적절히 대처하기 위해서도 임신을 가능한 한 조기에 진단하는 것이 중요하다.

이상 설명한 여러 가지 이유로 가능한 한 임신을 임신 초기에 일찍 진단할수록 더 좋다. 임신이 됐다고 의심하든지, 그동안 규칙적으로 했던 월경(생리)이 단 한 번이라도 거른다든지, 임신의 증상이나 증후가 조금만 있으면 조기에 임신을 확실히 진단해야 한다.

여러 가지 방법으로 임신을 조기에 확실히 진단할 수 있다.

인간 코리오닉 고나도트로핀( HCG) 호르몬이 임산부의 소변이나 핏속에 있는지 알아보는 임신 검사를 해볼수 있다. 이 임신 검사는 집에서나 병원에서도 할 수 있다. 그 검사의 결과에 따라 임신이 됐는지 안됐는지 쉽게 진단할 수 있다. 그리고 그 검사의 결과가 매우 정확하다.

정자가 난자를 맞나 수정란이 된후, 그 수정란이 자궁 내벽에 착상된후 임신이 확실히 성립되는 것 보통이다. 그 착상된 수정란을 배아(Embryo)라고 부른다.

수정이 된 이후 약 2 주 경에 수십 개의 세포 덩어리로 형형된 배아가 된다. 그 크기는 핀 머리만하다. 이때 배아 세포에서 태반이 형성된다. 그 태반에서 인간 코리오닉 고나도트로핀 ( HCG)이란 호르몬이 분비된다.

임신이 되면, 임신되기 이전에 규칙적으로 해왔던 월경 예정일 전후 며칠부터 임신부의 소변과 핏속에 인간 코리오닉 고나도트로핀이 있다.

평소에 했었던 월경 주기에 따른 월경 예정일에 월경이 시작되지 않을 때 그 월경 예정 일 1(일)주 전부터 자신의 소변으로 임신진단 키트 등을 이용해 임신검사를 정확히 하면 검사의 결과는 98-99% 정확성이 있다.

요즘 임신부 자신이 집에서 자신의 소변으로 임신을 쉽게 진단할 수 있다. 또 병원에서는 임신부의 소변이나 피로 임신을 쉽게 확진할 수 있다.

임신이 됐다고 의심돼서 임신부 자신이 소변으로 집에서 임신검사를 했을 때 그 임신검사의 결과가 양성(임신이 된 것)으로 나타났던지, 음성(임신이 되지 않은 것)으로 나타났던지 그 임신 검사의 결과에 관계없이 의사의 진찰을 받고 임신이 확실히 됐는지 다시 확진을 받아야한다.

임신부가 자신의 소변으로 임신검사를 할 수 있는 임신진단 키트 (Pregnancy test kits)는 여러 종류가 있다. 약국에서 처방없이 쉽게 살 수 있다. 여러 종류의 임신진단 키트들 중 한 가지를 선택해서 검사하면 된다.

집에서 자신의 소변으로 임신 소변검사를 정확하게 하면 임신검사의 결과의 정확도는 98-99%이다. 그렇지만 임신이 됐나 다시 확실히 알아 보기 위해 병원에서 임신을 확진받는 것을 권장한다.
