Nausea and vomiting 오심과 구토
Nausea and vomiting can occur during the first 3 months of pregnancy
From 6-7 weeks of pregnancy to the end of the 3rd month of pregnancy, 50% of pregnant women are likely to vomit and have nausea, and pregnancy symptoms such as vomiting may occur.
These pregnancy symptoms have already been explained in the heading “vomiting, goji, and morning sickness.” Nausea, vomiting and morning sickness Changes of smell and taste may occur
The cause is still unknown, but I believe it is caused by changes in hormone secretion. Pregnancy symptoms of nausea or vomiting in early pregnancy are called Morning Sickness.
Morning chicness can occur at any time of the day, but it looks better for some time after waking up in the morning.
Most morning skinnings are mild.
No special treatment is required. However, nausea or vomiting symptoms of pregnancy are severe enough to cause nausea or vomiting to the extent that eating a small amount of whole fluids or soft diets (半流動食) should be treated by a doctor.
Symptoms of nausea or vomiting during pregnancy should not be treated with homemade medicine at will.
Only medications prescribed by your doctor should be used as directed by your doctor. If you wake up in the morning and eat a little dry cereal, toast, crackers, or other food before starting physical activity, lie in bed for about 30 minutes and then start working, you may feel less nausea and vomiting. After waking up in the morning, you should start your physical activity as slowly as possible.
If the weather is good, it is better to open the window and breathe fresh air for a while, then slowly start the activity. Some pregnant women can’t stand the smell of certain foods. Such food should not be cooked or eaten at home.
If you smell a strange and nasty smell anywhere in the house, do not go to the smelly place and clean the house.
Food that smells bad should be thrown away or stored properly so that it doesn’t smell. The longer the food eaten stays in the gastrointestinal tract with poor digestion, the more vomiting occurs.
When you develop nausea and vomiting, you should avoid eating too much food at one time as much as possible.
Dividing three meals a day into five meals and eating a little less than the three servings can make you less vomiting or goji.
During pregnancy, fatty foods, spicy, salty, and irritating foods, foods that you do not want to eat in the past or present, and foods that do not fit well with your constitution should not be eaten as much as possible.
Fruit juices, vegetable juices, and other types of whole-flowing foods as snacks can reduce symptoms of goji and vomiting. Copyright ⓒ 2014 John Sangwon Lee, MD., FAAP
