Uterine implantation of fertilized egg and pregnancy 수정란의 자궁 착상과 임신의 성립
1-oocyte, 2-fertilized egg (conjugate), 3-4 cell stage, 4- 8 cell stage, 5-lost embryo, 6-embryonic and embryonic cells implant on the inner wall of the uterus A total of 46 chromosomes in one fertilized egg is composed of 23 chromosomes from one egg and 23 chromosomes from one sperm.
The fertilized egg becomes a two-celled zygote/fertilized egg.
The zygote continues to divide into a morula composed of 16 to 32 cells, and then continue to divide, resulting in a mass of about 64 cells.
The cell mass at this time is called an embryonic cell (Blastocyst). These embryonic cells implant on the inner wall of the uterus.
At this time, pregnancy is established. Source-Pregnancy in Anatomical Illustrations, Carnation Healthcare Services, Los Angeles. CA
