Insert spermicide into the vagina

If spermicide or sperm jelly is put into the vagina just before sexual intercourse, sperm ejaculated in the vagina is killed or weakened by spermicide or sperm jelly, so sperm cannot enter the uterine cavity and are contracepted.

The closer the spermicide or spermicide jelly is put in the vicinity of the outer surface of the cervix just before sexual intercourse, the better the contraceptive effect. There are several types of spermicide, including foamy spermicide, spermicide jelly, and spermicide sponge. Rather than using spermicide only or spermicide alone, women can use spermicide jelly-applied diaphragms on the vaginal cervix of the cervix and male condoms for contraception, the contraceptive effect is quite good.
