산(분만) 후 질 분비물(오로), Postpartum vaginal discharge after childbirth

아기가 태어난 후 자궁벽에 붙었던 태반이 떨어져 질 밖으로 나오는 것을 후산(後産)이라고 한다. 후산 직후 자궁출혈이 조금 있는 것이 정상이다.

분만 후 첫 3주까지 자궁 출혈과 질 분비물이 정상적으로 계속 조금씩 흘러나온다. 이와 같이 분만 후 3주 동안 자궁에서 흘러나오는 피섞인 분비물을 오로(惡露)라고 한다.

분만 후 첫 며칠 동안 자궁에서 거의 피만 나기 때문에 오로의 색이 빨갛다. 그 후부터 분만 후 첫 1주까지 나오는 오로의 색은 누르스름하다.

오로가 분만 후 첫 며칠 동안 많이 나오다가 점점 시일이 지나면서 오로의 양은 점점 적게 나오다가 분만 첫 3주 후부터는 오로가 더 이상 나오지 않는다.

산모가 과로하거나 육체적으로 과도히 활동하면 오로가 분만 3주 이상 더 오랫동안 나올 수 있고, 오로의 양도 비정상적으로 더 많이 나올 수 있다.

오로에서 고약한 냄새가 나거나 새빨간 오로가 오랫동안 계속 나오거나, 오로의 양이 비정상적으로 많이 계속 나오거나, 오로가 분만 후 4주 이상 더 오랫동안 계속 나오면 의사에게 곧 문의해야 한다.

After the baby is born, the placenta attached to the wall of the uterus falls and comes out of the vagina is called postpartum.

It is normal for a little uterine bleeding immediately after childbirth.

Until the first 3 weeks after delivery, uterine bleeding and vaginal discharge continue to flow normally, little by little. In this way, the bloody secretions that flow out of the uterus for 3 weeks after delivery are called Oro (惡露).

In the first few days after delivery, the uterus is almost bleeding, so the color of the

vaginal secretion is red.

The color of Oro, which appears from then to the first week after delivery, is yellowish. Oro comes out a lot in the first few days after delivery, then the amount of vaginal discharge comes out less and less as the days pass, and after the first three weeks of delivery, vaginal discharge no longer appears.

If the mother is overworked or physically overactive, Auro can come out for longer than 3 weeks, and the amount of Auro can come out abnormally.

If the aurora smells nasty, the bright red aurora continues to appear for a long time, the amount of aurora continues to appear abnormally high, or the aurora continues to come out for more than 4 weeks after delivery, you should contact your doctor immediately.
