분만 후 모유분비를 억제할 수 있는 특효약, Special medicine for breast milk secretion inhibition after childbirth

분만을 한 후 모유수유로 아기를 양육하는 대신 인공영양을 먹여 아기를 양육하는 산모의 유방에서 얼마동안 젖이 계속 분비되어 젖이 퉁퉁불고 아플 수 있다.

이런 경우 젖이 분비되지 않게 하는 특효약은 없다. 그러나 에스트로젠, 프로제스틴, 안드로젠 등 호르몬은 모유분비를 억제하는 작용이 있다.

분만 후 에스트로젠 주사를 맞거나 경구용 에스트로젠을 섭취하면 모유 분비가 어느 정도 억제되지만 분비를 완전히 억제 할 수 있는 약은 없다.

하여튼 분만 후 모유분비를 억제하기 위해서 에스트로젠 등으로 치료할 때는 약을 쓰기 시작하기 전에 산모의 허락을 받고 쓰는 것이 원칙이다.

After delivery, injection of estrogen or ingestion of oral estrogen suppresses the secretion of breast milk to some extent, but there is no drug that can completely suppress the secretion.
