분만이 끝난 후 바로 조리, Cooking Just after delivery

그 동안 어려운 임신-분만을 성공적으로 완수했다.

진심으로 축하한다.

엄마는 내 자신이 아기를 분만했다는 희열감을 갖는다. 마음이 조용해진다. 흥분도 한다. 떨리기도 하고 피로하고 춥고 배가 고프기도 한다.

회음이 째졌거나 절개됐으면 봉합하고 산후회복실로 옮겨간다. 아기를 안아주고 싶으면 실컨 안아준다. 모유를 먹이고 싶으면 모유도 먹인다.

Her mother has a sense of joy that I myself have given birth to a baby. The mind becomes quiet. She is excited too.
