And from pregnancy to babysitting
When labor begins, it is common for a part of the fetus’s body that was in the womb to gradually descend into the birth canal into the cervix and vaginal cavity.
During natural childbirth, most of the parts of the fetus’s body come first into the birth canal. Instead of the fetus’s head coming first into the birth canal, only the buttocks, legs, or feet first come down into the birth canal is called a blunt forward birth.
The time it takes to deliver with the blunt advancement may take much longer than the time it takes for the head to first come into the birth canal, and the head of the fetus, the largest part of the fetus, can be delivered sufficiently.
In this unopened state, if the fetus’s legs or buttocks are first delivered into the birth canal, and a head larger than the legs or lumps is not delivered yet, there may be a risk to the fetus, the baby, and the delivery woman during delivery.
When receiving a regular pregnancy checkup, if the fetal position is in a blunt position, it is common to prepare for delivery with special interest so that delivery can be performed more safely before delivery to prevent problems during delivery.
When undergoing regular pregnancy checkups, doctors usually do a pregnancy checkup to find out whether the position in the womb is the head, buttocks, or any other position, and if necessary, it is common to more accurately determine the position by ultrasound. .
