급속 분만(급산), Fast labor

자궁 경관이 아주 짧은 시간 내에 벌어지기 때문에 분만이 3시간 또는 그보다 더 짧은 시간에 되는 분만을 급산이라고 한다.

급산을 하면 자궁, 자궁 경부, 질, 회음부 등이 파열될 수 있다. 급산이 진단되면 분만을 좀 늦게 하는 약으로 치료할 수도 있다.

Rapid delivery (acute delivery)  급속 분만(급산)

Fast labor Because the cervical canal opens in a very short time, only 3 hours or less of delivery is called rapid delivery.

Rapid delivery can rupture the uterus, cervix, vagina, and perineum.
