미 소아들의 과일 주스 섭취 권장
미소아과 학회는 영유아들의 과일 주스 섭취를 다음과 같이 제한 하라고 권장한다.
생후 6개월까지 주로 모유 수유를 하고 생후 1년까지나 그 이상 더 오랫 동안 모유 수유를 계속하라고 권장한다.영유들이 병에 든 주수를 들고 다니면서 먹게 하지 말라고 주지도 말으라고 권장한다. 그리고 다음과 같이 과일 주스를 권장한다

1~3세 | 하루 ½ 컵(120cc) 이상 주지 않는다. |
4~6세 | 하루 반 컵(120cc)~ ¾컵(180cc) 이상 주지 않는다. |
7~18세 | 하루 1컵 ( 240 CC) 이상 주지 않는다. |

Fruits and vegetables Eat plenty of vegetable food, fruit food and vegetable juice or fruit juice
Foods of fruits and vegetables contain a lot of vitamins, minerals, iron, and fiber. The fiber in the food of fruits and vegetables is good for the prevention and treatment of constipation.
You should eat enough fruit or vegetable food at least 3-4 times a day. Black-green vegetable foods contain a lot of minerals such as iron, vitamin C, and magnesium, and various vitamins such as folic acid, riboflavin, and vitamin C. Vegetable foods such as apricots, pumpkins, peonies, sweet potatoes, , carrots, beets, beetroot, collards, cabbage, spinach, and radish leaves contain a lot of vitamin A in particular.
Vegetables with black-green leaves and yellow vegetables also contain a lot of vitamin A.
You should eat these foods at least once a day. Peony, tomato, Brussel sprout, beetroot, collard, kale, mustard leaf, spinach, turnip leaf, cauliflower, green pepper, red pepper, cabbage, grapefruit, strawberry, melon, orange, watermelon, etc. Fruits Ryu and vegetable foods contain a lot of vitamin C.
You should eat these foods at least once a day. You should drink at least half a cup of fruit or vegetable juice per day. Beets, apples, corn, bananas, eggplant, cherries, green beans, peas, grapes, lettuce, peas, beans, pineapples, potatoes, plums, pumpkins, etc. should be eaten twice a day.
