Fat foods and carbohydrate foods during pregnancy 임신 중 지방질 음식물과 당분 음식물Rice, bread, sweet potatoes, potatoes, candy, jelly, sugar, syrup, desserts, and soft drinks are carbohydrate foods that contain a lot of sugar.
Various meat, poultry, fish, beans, and nuts foods contain a lot of protein and a lot of fat. Salad dressings, sesame oil, and butter foods also contain a lot of fat.
Desserts and salads contain a lot of salt.
If you eat too much food high in fat or sugar, you will not be able to get enough of the other types of nutrients your pregnant woman and fetus need.
