Insomnia during pregnancy 임신 중 불면증
During pregnancy, many pregnant women are worried because they can’t sleep well or sleep enough. In particular, some pregnant women do not get enough sleep during the third trimester. I don’t know for sure the cause.
Physical discomfort caused by pregnancy, changes in daily life patterns, anxiety about problems that may occur in childbirth, problems at work, housework, and sometimes problems in marital relationships can make it difficult to fall asleep.
In addition, pregnant women with large-term infants on their stomachs may feel uncomfortable sleeping while lying down, and may not be able to sleep comfortably. You can sleep more comfortably if you lie down with one or two pillows that properly support your legs, back or stomach. Taking a hot shower before going to bed can help you sleep better, and proper physical exercise can help you sleep better.
Eating or overeating right before bed can make it difficult for you to sleep. Avoid this eating habit. If the room is too hot, humid, or dry, you may not sleep well, so make sure to ventilate it properly.
